Present: State Manager for multiple disaster recovery centers. Responsibilities include coordination of all state agencies, ONA, TDI, Loss Mitigation, and others with the federal programs, FEMA and SBA to provide relief services to disaster victims. Problem solving, crisis management and networking are only part of the oversight provided to support staff and clients. Hands on supervision of insurance administration, contractors, relief agencies and occasional PIO duties provide constant challenges during the six day work week.
