y duties at this position is to make sure that all concrete walls, sidewalk etc. are laid out to the exact speciation's the plans and architect call for. I am also responsible for laying out such items as anchor bolts, which can not be more than a 1/16th of an inch out of specifications. I am very familiar with using lasers, transit, and what we call nann eye so you can figure what the grade is going to be. I am also familiar with operating skid loaders, forklifts, and pettibone.

My duties at this company were to schedule all phases of construction from beginning to end. Read blue prints. I had to do all frame checks, truss layouts, floor layouts, door positions, and cabinet layouts. I had to know all of the building codes in many different counties. Taking care of all homeowner needs as in scheduling walk-thrus and service appointments. I supervised all sub-contractors on the job site. I was also in charge of ordering materials as needed for the building or service of the residence and buying any materials need for the residence.
I was in charge of scheduling, supervising, and doing some of the work myself on the customer service end. I was in charge all of the customer service.

 My duties as a builder or superintendent was to over see the entire job site. Scheduling all phases of construction of homes. Over see all employees and sub- contractors on the job site. Frame checks, knowing and be able to read blueprints and truss specifications. I also had to know all the different building codes in the International Residential Code book and any special codes that were enforced by that county or city I was building in. I have built homes in the following areas Maryland, Virginia and Pennsylvania. Problem solving. Also had dealt with customer service. Had to be familiar with computers such as Build pro, Microsoft excel, word and office. In the past seven years with this company I have been a part of building hundreds of homes from town homes to a vast selection of single family homes.Â
I started at this company as a laborer. Then a two years later I was promoted to punch-out man and had to have my own tools and be able to fix anything in the houses. A year after that, I was made an assistant superintendent and given my own job site. I was the only assistant superintendent to ever have their own job site. Six months later, I was promoted to Builder. I ran several job sites up word of 50-60 houses being built at one time. In which I was responsible for all of them.

 At this company I supervised up 40 or more people at one time. We did daily home deliveries at which I was in charge of seeing that all deliveries were delivered. I started at this company as a laborer. Then I received my Class-C commercial drivers license and became a delivery driver. I then was promoted to night warehouse manager in which I was in charge of making sure all twenty trucks were loaded correctly. Shortly after that I was promoted to Operations manager and was in charge of the warehouse, inventory, personnel, customer service and all deliveries.

During my 12Th grade year I did a program that was offered that I could work , at Mattress Warehouse , and still receive more credits for working and job experience and also still being able to graduate high school with my class.Â
