· Strict adherence to all safety programs (OSHA) requiring safety meetings, daily site surveys, maintenance of MSDS/Safety manuals; working closely with local code enforcement officials to insure a smooth flow of the construction process.
· Function as sole company representative to interface with landlord, local officials, subcontractors and client representatives.
