Completed all necessary due diligence for specific client needs, took thru complete zoning and governmental approval processes in order for complete construction and turnover to operations. Three sites completed including one CVS Drug store, one 24 acre parcel to transient commercial with truck stop and hotel, one site to aggregate mining operation.
