I have over 40 years of experience in construction industry. The bulk of my experience has been in earth work. I have constructed residential and commercial building pads through out the Coachella Valley. I have constructed several roads to remote sites in Riverside County and surrounding areas. I feel I have a excellent understanding of what is expected and required from a contractor in earthwork. I also have the ability to see a job through from start to finish.

I have worked in construction since 1967, when I was honorably discharged from the U.S.A.F, after serving 4.5 years. Upon discharge I attended college at night under the G.I. Bill and worked in construction during the day.
The courses I took were:
• Building trades & law
• Construction Cost and estimating
• Blueprint reading
• Welding
• Business management Code enforcement
• And 6 mos. of Law enforcement
passed all courses with a B average
Over the years I have acquired the following skills:
I can operate the following heavy equipment at a journeyman level; Crane, front-end loader, bulldozer, backhoe, excavator, Blade, skip loader, scraper and trencher, water & dump truck
In 1980 I attained a C-12 License and become self-employed DBA Williams Grading & Paving and in 2001 DBA Williams Drilling and Excavating.
I have worked for several agencies in California, Arizona and Nevada as a subcontractor, and completed all jobs safely and on time.
I am also a mechanic and a welder-fabricator as you have to be to be a owner /operator.
I have acquired the ability to change and to adapt to different circumstances as they appear and make the appropriate decisions to keep the job running smoothly.
I am heavily experienced in all phases of under-ground utilities, drainage, demolition, resident pads, drilled for compaction/water table-fault investigation, roads, street properties or project sites.
