Owned and Operated Formworks Constructions of North Florida, Inc. Specializing in structural concrete and cast in place concrete. Completed many various projects including: schools, commercial buildings, mid-rise to high-rise condo projects. Completed many different cast in place projects, such as rebar slabs as well as post tension slabs, sheer walls, tie beams and columns. Did multiple jobs/projects at one time and managed as many as 80 employees. From stick built floor systems to tables we have used and mastered many types of forming systems for casting concrete. Coordinated, bid and received contracts ranging from $50,000 to over $4,000,000. Completed all projects that were started within time and cost schedules. Passed 99% of all structural inspections for the first time. Quality control and safety were always my number one priority. Established safety programs and stuck to them. Never had a major compensation claim and very few minor one in 7 years in business.

Owned and operated Richmann, Ltd. Completed many custom home projects as well as numerous commercial projects, such as Sams Club, Dicks World of Sporting Goods. Many commercial build-outs for store and leases such as restaurants, clothing stores, etc. Completed many housing projects in which Richmann, Ltd. Was responsible for completion of all the carpentry on the project including rough framing, roofing, door installation, kitchen and bathroom cabinet installations, and trim work. Participated in Loft construction and renovations as well as many Commercial projects in the downtown area of Chicago. Closed the business to relocate to Daytona Beach Florida.
JOURNEYMAN CARPENTER (1983-1988)
Worked for the larger Carpenter contractors in the Chicago land area. Extensive framing of decks, walls, and roofs. Carpenter Foreman for Samco, Inc. Oversaw many custom home projects as well as track homes. Ran many carpenter crews at one time. Hired, fired and did many take offs for labor and materials. Left company to pursue own construction company.
CARPENTER APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM (1979-1983)
Program consisted of all framing, cut roofs, stair design and layout, balloon framing, metal stud framing, drywall, trim work, including doors, base and case, cabinet installation, crown moldings, etc.
