As the Director, implemented improved processes (ITIL, PMBOK): Portfolio Risk Assessments for the PMO, Project Cost Modeling/Estimation, Change Management, Scope Change Control, Defect Tracking/remediation, and a monthly Product Release Model/Schedule.
