Action: Scheduled weekly conference calls with project owner, architect and engineer to facilitate timely decision-making.
Result: Project completed on-time and met project owners’ criteria.
US Maritime/Department of Transportation, Houston, TX – USS Equality State
Challenge: Preparation of Maritime vessel for aid in hurricane relief effort (Katrina). Had several governing bodies involved, this jeopardized time-line in victim relief efforts.
Action: Presented authorities with several options to enable expedited selection by governing bodies.
Result: Project completed within 27 days surpassing expectations.
Rowan Drilling, Houston, TX – UAW Platforms
Challenge: Client was skeptical of on-time performance. Required expedited delivery of equipment to meet challenging deadline. Equipment was not through QA/AE process.
Action: Delivered equipment and performed QA/QE process testing on the clients’ platforms.
