• I have been in charge of the Change Orders, RFI’s, revision of submittals, and concrete quality control according to contract and specifications.

Project cost: $5 million including right-of-way actions i.e., the implementation and improvement of the Geodesic System used for surveying and delimitation of the prime areas to accomplish the title certification process.
• Provided supervision, direction, and support to 27 survey crews with 150 people, a technical office of 5 engineers, a team of 5 CAD engineering technicians, and 10 CAD technicians. To meet required contract specifications, the survey was completed using sophisticated equipment; such as, Leica Total Stations TC605, GPS Leica-System 300, and Trimbol GPS Pathfinder Pro-XR.
• Designed and implemented a systematic, team-effort approach to survey 40,000 ha. monthly to meet the scheduled deadline while working under very difficult local political administration conditions.
