• Responsible for supporting All Project Manager in the Midwest with exterior signage.
• Developed and Maintained Exterior signage catalog for ordering multi-supplier signage. Also responsible for ordering of signage based on available permitted square footage.

Store design, ordering and budgets for all new build, relocations, expansions and remodeled sites. Complete all take offs and handle all bids\awarding of jobs. Support the Real Estate Department with building estimates, drawings and scopes of work. Responsible for working with Landlords to find temporary site locations during remodels so sales can continue and coordinate temporary site lease agreements. Visit sites for fixture deliveries, punch lists and turnovers for approximately 30 states (travel 60%). Responsible for all in-line site plans totaling approximately 1,200 drawings.
