Assistant Project Manager - TOBB Construction Company, Seattle, WA. September 2000 - September 2001. Wrote RFI’s and kept log, kept log of COP’s, Subcontractor Change Orders, posted drawings, compiled Operations and Maintenance Manual, took and logged jobsite photographs, light demo. Compiled O & M Manuals for each condominium at Dayton Court.
Assistant Construction Manager/Construction Assistant - Leisure Care, Seattle, WA. February 1996 - April 2000. Reviewed submittals for the owner of retirement communities, scheduled delivery of appliances and other owner items, numbered apartments, and finalized signage package. Punched buildings, helped finalized certificate of occupancy issues with City. Was Construction Manager on Phase 2 of Brittany Park. Oversaw Retirement Community Tenant Improvements of sprinkler system, e-call, and remodeling for licensing. Duties also included Property Management for the two buildings owned by Leisure Care. These duties included overseeing the Tenant Improvements for Leisure Care, Schwartz Brothers Offices, and Wattenbarger Architects.

On site Project Engineer whose duties included coordination of steel shop drawings with supplier and erector, RFI’s, and buyout. October 1987 - May 1991. Duties included: tracking subcontractor lien releases, insurance certificates, and licenses. Processed purchase Orders and invoices with light clerical. Subcontractor log tracking payment and change orders. Processed submittals, worked on buyout and purchasing, and assisted in preparing subcontracts. Change estimates for extensive unit changes and subcontractor change orders. Coordination of DCVR’s, preparing change estimates, purchase orders, buyouts and purchasing. Assisting in preparing concrete panel drawings. Coordinated completion of warranty and punch list items.
