My cumulative experience has given me hands-on trade skills, plus construction management skills as the responsibilities of my positions increased. I am computer literate and experienced with several project management programs.
I have recently been a traveling superintendent for one of Californias largest Supermarkets in Sacramento, California, directly responsible for the complete remodel of several stores. My responsibilities included management of subcontractors, and quality and cost control for renovation. I was known as an innovator in my position, contributing ideas to improve logistics, as the stores remained open during renovation.
A part of my success has been my belief in relationship building with subcontractors and others. My goals are to manage to a standard of “firm, fair, and friendlyâ€.
You will find my resume and a project list attached. I am currently very flexible about employment opportunities and locations. Please feel free to contact me if you have an interest in what I can contribute to your company’s goals and objectives.

To Whom It May Concern:
My start in the construction industry was as a teenage laborer building churches, schools and banks in Texas. As my skills grew, I became a union cabinetmaker, and moved from that start to a wide variety of positions. These projects have included multi-family and single-family housing, commercial tenant improvements, and public works projects. Additionally, I was certified as an ICBO building inspector in 1996.
My cumulative experience has given me hands-on trade skills, plus construction management skills as the responsibilities of my positions increased. I am computer literate and experienced with several project management programs.
