 Grew sales from zero dollars to $400,000 in the first year of operations. Subsequently, designed, developed and implemented Internet web site and Internet marketing campaign that resulted in more than 4,600 hits in its first year.

GENERAL MANAGER – Duties included directing all aspects of an automotive reconditioning facility. Managed 7 department managers, 150 associates, on a 16-acre site with a 100,000 sq. ft. facility, which included 50,000 sq. ft. paint and body shop, and a 22,000 sq. ft. mechanical shop.
 Implemented over a two month period an associate compensation matrix that resulted in a 15% reduction of labor costs.
 Redesigned the specialty repair process, which increased efficiency 160%. As a result of success this process change was adopted by the entire AutoNation organization.
 Developed a line pull process for the body shop that achieved a 30% cost reduction in labor while maximizing space utilization.
