2007 - 2008 Austin Electric Inc.
Position: General Superintendent - Electrical project manager for various Builders, south / east
valley areas. Resolve any customer service issues quickly. Assign electrical crews to daily
tasks per schedule and business requirements. Daily onsite inspection for code compliance,
change orders, estimations, billing issues, meeting with other field managers and trade
partners to accomplish expected results.
2005-2007Celectric Inc. (Celectric merged with Austin 2008)
Position: Project Foreman- Multiple residential electrical project management for various
builders south and east valley areas. Assign rough, trim and service crews to daily tasks per
schedules. Run difficult service calls, resolve all customer issues. On site daily project walks
for proper installations, house lay outs per plans and starts. Field meetings with builders and
other trades. Special projects to include some commercial jobs, estimations, daily labor and
material reports. Training crews installation techniques to keep cost to minimum.
2004-2005 Lee’s Electric Inc.
Position: Electrician / Service Manager- Hired to implement new service and electrical
installations both residential / commercial using new flat rate pricing system. Train shop
personnel in safety and installation to minimize cost and maximize profits.
2002-2004 CAHRA (Community Action Human Resources Agency)
Position: Housing Coordinator / Grants Manager
Managed federal, state and local funding grants for Pinal County to repair low income families
and the elderly homes. Complete electrical, plumbing, h-vac, structural and weatherization
upgrades to meet safety, energy efficiency per state codes and the Arizona Departments Of
Housing and Energy guidelines. Complete project writes ups for all contractors bidding,
meeting with pre-approved homeowners to discuss work to be done. Daily multiple home
walks with contractors and homeowners. Daily project data entries to track costs, and prepare
reports to government entities. Final home walks with homeowners for project sign offs. Train
homeowners on use of new equipment installations and energy saving techniques. Track
energy usage and report to Dept. of Energy.
1998- 2002 Sears
Position: Home Warranty Dept. Manager
Lead team of 65 technicians for nationwide Sears home warranty services to include rapid
resolution and program instructions for consumers prior to setting service calls. Train
associates with hands on product repairs, so that they may assist technicians in field with
repairs using wiring diagrams troubleshooting procedures and parts ordering.
Implemented new Pilot program for several insurance companies for complete home warranty
programs, such as Zurich, Farmers, PEPCO, USAA, Countywide, Power Choice and Sears.
These repairs to include h-vac, electrical, plumbing and major appliance repairs or
replacements after ASA contractors are at home to receive authorization from associates.
