1999 – 2007: Vice President of Operations, CBI-Olaron. Developed overall business development profiles, operational strategy and vendor development for aviation and maritime safety equipment manufacture mandated by U.S. Federal, State and agreement/regulated foreign airlines and maritime commercial commerce carrier under OHSA and ICAO statues.
2002: Site Director (ACD) - TSA/Homeland Security Division Assessment Center, South Dakota. Directly responsible for over 50 staff members and activities; Training, Human Resources, Logistics, Medical Testing & Assessment, Secure Communications, Digital Imagery, Security and Physical Assessment. Primary duties included project management and administrative and training liaison, POC for all Federal and State regulatory issues, Media, and all site related reports and problem resolution with extreme flexibility in order to accomplish program's mission including working with various agencies to promote awareness of the program and its benefits. October 1992 - January 1994: Vice President of Flying Operations, Air Transportation Management Company, Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Developed and managed all operational issues from startup through full operations as a public charter airline.
