Oversee all aspects of company operations, including project management for high-level designs. Collaborate with Architects, Designers, and Developers throughout all concept and theme development for special finishes. Handle all application for finishes that include graphics and digital output, as well as paint and textures for unique finishes. Recruit, hire, and manage subcontractors. Perform P&L management, budget development, administration, estimations, and resource scheduling.
 Led the development of a line of geometric abstract art for commercial applications, driving overall sales and creating a new channel of revenue.
