 Obtain customer billing approval and process billing including follow up on past due progress payments.
 Process all project correspondence, RFIs, instruction bulletins, transmittals, and other necessary paperwork.
 Supervise Construction Superintendents of multiple projects to ensure on time delivery, from start to final punch list. Monitoring job safety, SWPP, OSHA requirements and quality of workmanship.
 Monitor completion of final punch lists and project close out documents.

 Handle all daily supervision and scheduling of multiple single family and multi-family home projects from offsites work to finish, including any HOA turnovers.
 Managed the site work and installation of storm system, sewer water, dry utilities, including curb and gutter and streets.
 Completed Bond exoneration on many projects.
 Supervised all, superintendents, subcontractors and customer service personnel.
