Retained by this subsidiary of Weatherly Striping, Inc. to develop cost-effective plans and schedules for completion of projects following a logical pattern for utilization of resources. Oversees performance of all trade contractors and reviews architectural and engineering drawings to ensure all specifications and regulations are being followed. Tracks and controls construction schedule and associated costs to achieve completion of project within time and monies allocated. Responsible for proper administration of construction contracts and obtaining all necessary permits and licenses.
• Single-handedly landed two of the company’s largest projects, the Rouge Valley Mall and the Grants Pass Daily Courier.

• Spearheaded the use of Fast Foot foundation systems, a formless footing product accepted region-wide by the Southern Oregon General Contracting Community for the residential homebuilding market.

Orchestrated the turnaround of a floundering real estate development company by building solid rapport with local sub-contractors, producing weekly job reports and increasing the number of vendor bids obtained prior to job start-up. Supervised a team of 25 craftsmen and eight sub-contractors. Served as job liaison to engineers and two architectural firms and coordinated property and specialty inspections.
• Decreased shrinkage and material costs by 18% by providing instruction on scheduling delivery of only materials needed for each project phase.
• Realized a 27% improvement in labor costs through proper scheduling of crews to avoid overlap of workers.
• Oversaw eight simultaneous ground-up renovations of residential properties located throughout the San Francisco area while ensuring compliance to both city and state seismic requirements.
