International arm created to start overseas oil exploration.
Hired to start-up the subsidiary’s Financial, Administrative and Accounting activities.
Design and implementation of all computer bi-monetary information systems and reports to head office and local authorities.
Coordination of the logistic support for the drilling of 2 exploratory oil wells, imports of equipment, technical and administrative personnel management.

Achievements.-
• Only non-expat in the oil patch in Ecuador assigned with these responsibilities,
• Only foreign oil company to have total success in meeting all contract regulatory financial markers.
• Lead the project team aiming for a 600 million fertilizer plant investment fueled with new gas discoveries.
• Completion of the closing activities after expiration of the exploration contract in record time.
