Objective: I would like to find a solid position as a Project Manager, to step in and contribute immediately to an already successful and thriving company
Highlights/Qualifications: I have 17 years of experience in the Construction industry. Through out this journey I have learned strong leadership, organization and communication skills to name a few. With me comes a positive attitude, strong work ethic and the ability to work under the most stressful of times. In the past 17 years I have only had 2 jobs, I am a very loyal and driven employee that has always looked out for the best interest of my employer.

Duties: My responsibilities included management of projects, Job set up, change orders, cost management, interaction with prime and sub-contractors, extensive documentation, as well as numerous other tasks to make the project run smooth, on time and within budget requirements.

Title: Superintendent
Duties: Primarily same responsibilities as above, oversaw numerous projects, while doing advance job setup for future projects that had already been awarded to our company. This included but was not limited to initial contact of prime contractor or owner, file set up, time table and phase scheduling for completion of project within budget and working days, job duty assignments to specific employees based on skills and job assessment.

Skills: Strong background in communication, leadership, multi-tasking and computers.
I have also done estimating; in addition I have my Class A license with ALL endorsements. As well as many other courses I have taken to better myself as a positive leader and role model.
Other: I have taken many management courses, have been given the responsibility of managing multiple jobs at once from start to finish including but not limited to; Safety, Cost management and Accountability, with 10 to 40 people plus sub- contractors under me at any given time. I have a positive attitude and have always maintained a good working relationship with the project owner, whether it is a public agency or private party. I am quick to turn a negative into a positive. I always strive to keep employees engaged in the task at hand and set clear goals and objectives to make sure the job is done in a timely and efficient manner.
Side Note: I have worked on many different projects from new Highways for Cal-Trans and N-Dot to new developments for cities. As well as many different private jobs, over the course of my career I have been faced with many adverse situations and have the attitude that if I do not have the answer I will find it, whether that be asking a peer or calling the office. I never sacrifice the project because I do not know.
