applications, and submittals. Attended negotiation meetings and processed any resulting
change orders. Worked closely with representatives from Clark Construction, McCarthy
Construction and Parsons. All work was performed at LAX with TSA/LAWA Security
Clearance.
Bali Construction, South El Monte, CA ..2007-2008
Plan Room Controller: Prepared as-built sets of construction drawings using manual as well as
computer aided (CAD) methods. Maintained and updated construction drawings per
RFCs/RFIs. Prepared, mailed/delivered final submittal packages to their respective general
contractor. Procured permits from local jurisdictions. Monitored and updated log of company
vehicle and equipment maintenance.
Murray Company, Rancho Dominguez, CA ..2004-2006
Plumbing Estimator: Prepared project estimates as well as budget estimates, assembled bid
files, and prepared Excel spreadsheets for pricing and recap of bids. Participated in the
successful bidding for City of Los Angeles single largest project in history, The Tom Bradley
