Competent in professional research, investigative and developmental tasks related to Underground Utility and NON Resdential Foundation Excavation including the evaluation of specifications/standards, codes, policies and procedures, program and code development, technical training, and budget preparation.
Possess a strong familiarity interacting with architects, engineers, owners, and construction contractors.
Proficient in Technical Writing, reporting, and the presentation of oral and written reports.
