On the projects I have been on, I have maintained a solid, consistent, positive relationship with the employees under my responsibility. With a sharp eye for detail, and solid interpersonal relationship skills, I develop a safety culture at the field level in which employees voice concerns for safety, ways to improve site safety, and exhibit a willingness to be proactive in safety from small work practice hazard recognition to larger pre-job planning habits. I am an effective trainer, keeping the interest of most employees through orientations and training classes. In root cause analysis/incident investigations, I am extremely effective in finding the real reasons for an incident and implementing measures to ensure no recurrences. I have worked with union contracts as well as non-union.
I have a year in the oil-field as a floorhand and roustabout as well as over 6 years in new construction, residential, commercial, chemical plant and refinery turn-arounds, maintenance, and power plant projects. I bring a wide range of technical and field level experience that allows me to quickly assess and correct issues that arise. I have a current TWIC and US Passport and am flexible on salary depending on hours, benefits, per diem, etc, and have no geographic constraints.
If you have any questions, please feel free to call anytime.

Profile
I have over ten years experience in technical, labor, and management situations. I am an experienced person in the field, having been a rigger and roustabout for a manufacturing company building cutting edge land drilling rigs, an industrial electrician, and being district safety director for an industrial mulitcraft turnaround company supervising 150 employees and multiple sub-contractors. I have administrative experience in HR, training, orientation, and recordkeeping/trend development, and field experience in residential, commercial, and industrial construction. My experience in industrial turnaround work has given me the capacity to adapt quickly to changing environments, and to be thorough in attention to detail.
