Created a Fire Life Safety/ Security team within the facilities management organization. Results:  Accuracy and reliability of fire alarm testing has increased to the point that the company decided to offer that service to non-facilities customers.  


 


Successfully managed 65 professionals in contracted facilities management for educational, industrial, medical, government, and “class A” office space throughout the US and Canada. Assessed, designed and implemented engineering “essential best practices” for all site managers. Developed new site management programs throughout this market. Results: Generated more than $28.5 million in revenues with a gross margin of 52%.


 


Created, developed and implemented a new Oracle based financial reporting system that extracted information for all remote sites being managed and broadcast this information to each employee. Oversaw programming and systems design, implementation and training of all employees. Results: Cut reporting time from 2 ½ months down to one day from the monthly close of business. Reduced clerical assistance by 85% and increased accuracy to 99%.

Served as a Project Manager for a large mechanical contractor on a healthcare construction project. Created a new chiller plant and integrated the older chiller plant into the new system. Results: Project finished on schedule.


 

Successfully directed several healthcare renovation projects from identification, through funding and to completion. Results: Projects completed on schedule, operating reliably with lower energy footprints.
