architectural practice with offices in California
and Mexico.  Quickly promoted to dual role
overseeing all architectural staff in addition to
concurrently directing numerous large-scale
projects.

managing projects through entire lifecycle, from
conceptualization through completion and turnover.
Leveraged business knowledge and industry expertise
to prepare various project proposals and agreements,
conduct pre-bid financial analyses and fee reviews,
and coordinate project resources.
