Associate Partner / Senior Project Manager, Nardi Associates LLP, 2005 to present. Design-oriented architectural practice with offices in California and Mexico. Quickly promoted to dual role overseeing all architectural staff in addition to concurrently directing numerous large-scale projects.
Optimized efficiency of operation by expertly managing projects through entire lifecycle, from conceptualization through completion and turnover. Leveraged business knowledge and industry expertise to prepare various project proposals and agreements, conduct pre-bid financial analyses and fee reviews, and coordinate project resources.
Senior Project Manager, Orgel Construction Management, 2003 to 2005. Full-spectrum construction management firm providing services for a wide range of project types. Built company’s competitive advantage by conducting Owner’s Representative and Construction Management activities on multiple concurrent projects.
