Chief Operations Officer (COO) – P&L, Manufacturing, Engineering, Rental, HR, Customer Service, Operations, and Purchasing.
· Business Transformation – $30M container manufacturer that primarily produces products for the Energy, Oil and Gas Industry. Results: Increased EBITDA at least 50% by aligning product pricing with an activity based cost model and increasing used product sale margins. Added additional EBITDA thru increased parts and service revenue. Trained sales associates in selling custom solutions at increased profit margins and standard products based on centerline designs.

Results: Successfully implemented a lean transformation in 6 months resulting in $10 Million annualized cost savings and a 50% improvement in EBITDA.
