·   Business Transformation – $30M container manufacturer that primarily produces products for the Energy, Oil and Gas Industry.   Results:  Increased EBITDA at least 50% by aligning product pricing with an activity based cost model and increasing used product sale margins.  Added additional EBITDA thru increased parts and service revenue.  Trained sales associates in selling custom solutions at increased profit margins and standard products based on centerline designs.

·   $100 Million P&L GM (Finance & Sales Strategy Included):  Responsible for 5 Extrusion Presses, 3 melting furnaces, 2 homogenization furnaces, 2 casting pits, 3 draw benches, 1 roll straightener, machine, & die shop.  Light assembly and manufacturing of Aluminum Drive Shafts for American Axle, Dana, and NEAPCO.   Hands on style manager, originally responsible for 200+ employees.  Results:  Successfully implemented a lean transformation in 6 months resulting in $10 Million annualized cost savings and a 50% improvement in EBITDA.  Improved productivity by 30%, delivery by 20% and quality by 25%.  Reduced TAKT time by 30% and improved overall raw material recovery by 10%.
