VICE-PRESIDENT, HDR Constructors, 2000 to 2011. Directed West Coast Division design-build projects in six sectors: Healthcare; Science/Technology; Civic; Transportation; Water/Wastewater; and FERM (Federal, Energy and Resource Management). With full P&L responsibility, managed 10-30 people and annual budgets to $60M.

COO/PRESIDENT, Associated Systems/Hasegawa & Associates, 1993 to 2000. Accountable for estimating, bidding, negotiating contracts, constructing facilities as well as insurance, bonding and accounting functions for this $20M construction firm. Held full P&L responsibility for numerous construction, wholesale and retail-related businesses.

Morrison Knudsen Company, 1985 to 1993  an $8B construction-engineering firm. Positions included:

MANAGER OF SPECIAL PROJECTS, 1990 to 1993. Projects: Depot Museum, high speed rail, fitness facility etc.
DETENTION SPECIALIST, 1988 to 1990. Acquired new work in the Institution sector including courthouses/prisons.
SENIOR ESTIMATOR, 1986 to 1988. Managed estimating and project set-up as new contracts were awarded
PROJECT ENGINEER/SCHEDULER, 1985 to 1986. Scheduled construction activities for oil/gas modules and sealifts.

Personal: In my spare time I enjoy skiing, golf, bicycling and travel.
