Engineer Projects. Experience covers superfund and remediation projects that
included excavations of contaminated soil, reconstruction of all
infrastructures, streetscapes, road replacement, utility replacement, sewer
plant tank replacement and related work.

SKANSKA Princeton University Aaron Burr Hall (Princeton,
NJ) l:
Major Foundation Addition and Underpinning of existing Five Story 200 year old
structure. Engineering design and perform large foundation underpinning of 5’-0
foot width stone foundation wall including monitoring structure for vertical
movement. Designed innovative
construction technique to complete project exceeding schedule and under budget
by 50%. No safety violations or injuries
on an extremely difficult project and site conditions.

Environmental Chemical Corporation (Roebling, NJ): Roebling Steel
Superfund Site. Soil remediation, utility mains and foundations. Removed existing contaminated soil from
entire site and replaced with new imported soil. Performed according to Army Corp of Engineer
plans and regulations within budget and time constraints.

Schweitzer-Mauduit Mill Winder Installation (Spotswood,
NJ): Construction new foundation and electrical
equipment for new paper manufacturing line.
Included complex design and extremely accurate placement of structural
components for new production line.

Capital Health System Tunnel Rehabilitation (Trenton,
NJ): Design/Build of Existing Tunnel saving
Hospital thousands of dollars in engineering and construction costs, decreasing
overall scheduling by guiding the design process with experience and
performance initiatives.
