Oversight of new building development and construction projects within the Central Region of the U.S. for the largest international Industrial REIT. Constructed 10 industrial warehouse projects totaling 3.5 million sf representing $90 million in hard costs. Conducted due diligence and feasibility analysis for over 250 acres of acquired land.
• Project planning, budgeting, pro forma preparation, design, entitlement negotiations, estimating, and negotiating/awarding of contracts. Led project meetings, initiated/negotiated change orders, processed draw requests, forecasted cost to complete and outstanding issues reports, and project file documentation.
• Land Acquisition and Disposition: Performed all due diligence, feasibility studies, platting, rezoning presentations, and financial analysis. Prepared of all conceptual and hard cost estimates, and schedules. Managed infrastructure design and construction for multiple, and concurrent, land transactions.

Constructed over 8 million sf of industrial warehouse/office space representing $175 million in hard costs, in addition to formulated and facilitated land development strategies on 1700 acres of acquired land, for a $2B national NYSE traded Real Estate development corporation.
• Appointed key member of negotiating team awarded the Master Development JV Agreement with the City of Austin, TX for the Mueller Project, a 705 acre traditional neighborhood urban redevelopment of the former Austin municipal airport. Managed the master planning, due diligence, budgeting, entitlement negotiations and design/construction of initial project phases. Total infrastructure budget of $143,000,000.
• Conducted preconstruction estimating in pursuit of build-to-suit projects and land acquisitions for business park developments. Successfully awarded, developed and constructed Ford Motor Company warehouse facilities totaling 953,000 sf in Texas, Kansas, Virginia and Indiana.

• Designed, permitted and constructed two low-rise office buildings for Avaya and Brinks in Coppell, TX.
• Facilitated construction of a 1.2 million sf build-to-suit logistical warehouse campus for APL.
• Managed the design teams, consultants and contractors, liaison with all utility and governmental entities, as well as established and maintained overall project schedules and budgets.
