Determine Gaining Command facility requirements such as space, power, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting, floor loading, access and other applicable requirements for all MRAPs, operational equipment and associated support equipment. Conduct site surveys and assessments of existing Graining Command facilities; The Subject Matter Expert (SME) on facility requirements, develops long range plans for individual base initiatives and organizational restructuring, prepare Basic Facilities Requirements (BFR) listing required spaces, square footage and requirement justification for MRAP vehicles and support equipment; prepare preliminary MILCON cost estimates, identify Cost Criteria Guidance; prepare drafts for MILCON Project Data, including justification and cost for each site; coordinates with agencies and organizations regarding Environmental Assessments and Environmental Impact Statement requirements; prepare preliminary MILCON facility layout, site plan layout and Collateral Equipment List with estimated costs; coordinate with Program Offices, Military Bases, NAVFAC EFD, Headquarters Marine Corps and other associated parties on all requirements of MILCON expenditures.
- Created Facility Assessment checklists for the MRAP family of vehicles for the four services through the Project Management Office. Tracks and analyze the data and creates presentations for senior management and makes recommendations on modifications and/or construction to maintain the vehicles at the various bases.
- Developed a Facility Home Basing Plan for the vehicles returning from overseas areas in coordination and conjunction with the four services. This plan is unique in that it is based on previous lessons learned, assumptions, and possible future actions by the four services.
Nationwide Support Services Manager (Department Manager) – 9/2006 to present

- Provide support services through four regional managers for 31 full service facilities, 6 partial service facilities and approximately 1.4M sq. ft. of leased and owned office space in 12 states. Services include; lease, negotiation for new space, expansion requests, shipping of supplies and equipment, dealing with landlord and building management on all issues, supervising mailroom operations, receptionists, assisting with utilities, making of signage, maintaining 8000 sq. ft. warehouse, office moves, ordering and storing furniture, and answering any facilities’ related questions throughout the entire management chain.
- The primary focal point for all construction projects to include assisting in layouts, determining specifications, and organizing requirement meetings and any walk-throughs as deemed necessary during course of projects.
- Instituted a training program for new managers and receptionists. Developed training outlines, checklists, and desk side procedures to create a smooth transition of new hires and continuity of operations.
- Was instrumental in the closure of the 49,000 sq. ft. Dulles and the 30,000 sq. ft. Sterling facilities and the relocation of 200 over personnel. Supervised the cleanup and subsequent donations of over 2000 pieces of furniture to area schools and negotiated the sale of 100 complete sets of system furniture.
- Led team in the following actions: Gunston remodel, Sullyfield II expansion, Greenwood expansion, Lincoln expansion, Hampton relocation, San Antonio remodel, and the Jet Wing SCIF reconfiguration during 2008 calendar year.

Northrop Grumman Technical Services /Fairfax, VA
- Managed assistance center operation 24/7 eighty-three locations with a total of 400,000 feet of office space. Was focal point for all infrastructure improvements, repairs and maintenance.
- Provided space management expertise in the deployment and situating of over 400 biometric machines that resulted in forty-one construction projects valued at over $150K.
- Originated the construction of build-out office space from inception through walk-through insuring appropriate logistical layout for proper flow of clientele, evaluating physical security, and insuring OSHA standards are met. I created estimates and ROMs for projects up to $1.5M for government customers.
- Aggressively negotiated and managed leases for price, CAM charges, insurance payments, taxes, and other associated lease changes. Ensured that all leases contained mandatory customer clauses.
- Created and maintained databases in Microsoft Excel and Access for management of lease payments totaling over $800,000 monthly, 800 phone lines and $22,000 in monthly service billing, and ADT call lists with over $400,000 in yearly monitoring and maintenance costs.
