Principle Duties, Responsibilities and Knowledge Base
ï¶ Contract management – Million dollar contracts with Global Telecoms & Enterprise
o Customer/ Vendor Relationship Management
ï¶ Design/Engineering management of all bids
o Mutli-location, Global locations
o Ranging from $10k - $1MM +
ï¶ Estimating – Multi level bidding with Owners, GC, Customer, Vendors & Subcontractors
o Material, Labor, G&A in estimating software
o Site & Project Surveys
o Distribution relationship management
ï¶ Forecasting
o Online bid management from qualifying through project completion
ï¶ Project Management - Material & labor fulfillment with reporting to completion of project requirements
ï¶ SOP design, implementation and management
o Provisioning, sales support
ï¶ Team Leadership
o Up to 10 direct reports with down line reporting of up to 50 personnel – inside/outside
o Dispersed geographic locations
ï¶ Plan and local code knowledge and implementation
ï¶ Multiple manufacturer product bid & installations to include:
o CommScope (certified) Systimax, Uniprise, AMP, Ortronics, Leviton, Panduit, CPI, Superior
ï¶ Structured Cabling including the following components:
o Data Centers, Colocation, Paging, Wireless, LAN, VoIP, Coax, Conduit, Raceways, Trays
ï¶ Manage or Co-Manage the following areas for organizational cohesiveness:
o Sales, Sales Support
o Project Management, Purchasing
o Provisioning, Field Crews
ï¶ Installer, Technician, Lead & Project Manager roles

o 5 years in Structured Cabling Construction with experience covering each detailed aspect of a project from qualifying to project completion
 Field experience as a cable puller, installer, technician, lead and project manager in addition to corporate headcount, estimating, budget, sales and purchasing responsibilities
 Currently preparing for RCDD
o 10 years in Telecommunications sales and sales management responsible for direct and indirect channels. Varying direct reports throughout a variety of roles
ï¶ Demonstrated ability to maintain and develop strong business relationships with each customer/owner, internal resource, channel partner and support personnel
ï¶ Possess all necessary business productivity software and technical knowledge for outstanding communication and connectivity
