 Led design and development of new $3.2 million optical fiber network distribution system vital to supporting the bed down of the Air Force B-2 Bomber mission.  Directed two major telephone switch projects that directly impacted Air Force mission. Recognized that all commence and control connectivity to higher head quarters relied on one telephone switch. Fought for and won additional funds to installed secondary switch, correcting this critical command and control system vulnerability.
 Executed seamless transition to department of defense new long distance telephone service, drastically reducing cost. Converted 6,500 telephones and 1,000 circuits to new provider cutting long distance phone charges by 60%.
