Responsible for attaining sales (revenue) targets by directing staff (Project Managers) with effective listening and selling skills. Providing technical review and evaluation services for innovative installation energy technology projects

and other energy areas within the individual?s expertise. Will market HGL customers including the OSD, USACE, AEC, AFCEE, AFCESA, AFRPA, and NAVFAC. Limited travel required. Other Requirements: Certified Energy Manager; LEED AP. P.E. preferred. Requires business planning (strategy, organization & implementation) experience. Strong managerial, leadership, organizational, analytical, negotiating, interpersonal, technical, and decision-making skills. Drug Test Required, some travel required. MS Office; MS Project; building energy simulation modeling tools such as EnergyPlus and TRNSYS.
