AECOM is looking for a Project Manager for its Water Resources department in Redmond, WA. The successful candidate has the ability to manage a detailed phase of work related to hydraulic and hydrologic engineering project. The Project Manager's responsibilities include; proposal team coordination and writing, cost estimating, scope definition, project planning and implementation, project team (in-house and client) communication, scope management cost and quality control, completion of technical work with support of group staff, project health and safety, and reporting and communication of project results and deliverables to client(s). The Technical project work requires a broad knowledge in one or more of the areas of hydraulic and hydrologic engineering; physical hydraulic and numerical modeling; conceptual design of hydraulic structures such as water, wastewater, and hydropower facilities; water quality and sediment transport analysis; and applicable regulatory standards. The Project Manager will work under the supervision of the Hydraulic Engineering and Modeling Services Department Manager in Redmond, WA and will assist in staff mentoring and growth, business development and client interaction.
Qualifications include minimum Bachelors Degree, in Civil or Mechanical engineering or related discipline with 6+ years of relevant experience, or Masters degree with 4+ years of relevant experience. The candidate should have a professional engineering license or should be able to get it within two years. |
