Experience: 10+ years, with expertise in hydrology, hydraulics, floodplain delineation and project management. Certifications: Professional Engineer with ability to obtain PE in New Mexico and Texas within fist six months of employment. Certified Floodplain Manager certification is required within first year of employment. FEMA floodplain mapping and National Flood Insurance Program expertise and stormwater design is desired but not required.
