The Renewable Energy IM Manager – Services will partner with the Services General Manager to provide strategic direction and resource allocation for all aspects of Renewables parts and services. In this role, you will develop, and implement program plans and manage large-scale global Oracle ERP projects, enabling rapid growth of the services and parts business.
# Essential Responsibilities Provide Information Management leadership, strategic direction, and resource allocation in a global Services and Parts business
# Report operationally to the Services General Manager and functionally to the CIO
# Develop and implement comprehensive program plans, beginning with team structure, resource alignment, scope, and budget
# Lead a team of 12+ GE employees located in the US and Mexico, as well as teams of contractors and a budget of $7MM in programs and investment
# Manage large scale and global Oracle ERP initiatives from conceptualization to execution
# Participate in strategy planning activities related to the ERP platform to support business goals in terms of growth, globalization and productivity
# Lead the analysis, requirement development, design, documentation, implementation and maintenance of large / complex parts and services programs
# Work as a business partner with the Global Shared Services teams
# Prepare, present and review program plans, status reports, cost / benefit studies, and recommend funding and resources
# Act as a change agent for business processes and work closely with the Quality Lean
# Six Sigma Organization to leverage Lean Six Sigma practices in order to maximize the results of digitization efforts
# Provide insight to executive leaders on the implementation of state of the art tools; facilitate business objectives
# Qualifications/Requirements 4-year degree in Information Technology, Engineering or other related field
# Minimum of 10+ years of project management professional experience
# GB or BB Certification (GE Employees Only)

# Desired Characteristics Demonstrated Leadership of global teams
# Strong interpersonal, influence and communication skills
# Experience in field services mobile technologies and productivity tools.
# Approximately 10+ years experience in business systems analysis and support including working with all aspects of the application development lifecycle
# Six Sigma or quality methodology experience, Lean Six sigma is a plus
# Oralce ERP experience and proven execution of large scale ERP projects
# Business acumen and proven ability to build relationships with business partners and external teams
# Strong business processes skills and understanding of key business performance indicators
# Proven ability to lead, motivate and engage teams in a matrix global environment of Information Management (IM)
