They have recently won a number of new projects and as a result are looking to hire a Renewable Energy Project Engineer. This candidate must have a background in environmental engineering focusing on renewable energy projects in the Californian region. Reporting to the Head of Construction, responsibilities of the role include: - Designing projects from an engineering perspective with emphasis on: -Processes-Installation-EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment)-Commercialisation - Liaising with the mechanical and civil engineers on-site on aspects of the installation design - Working on a variety of projects across Solar PV, Biomass and Hydro - Conducting site feasibility enquiries and producing reports Skills :Masters or equivalent in Environmental Engineering or Civil Engineering - At least 4 years` work experience specifically on the construction of renewable energy power plants - Excellent spoken and written English (must be completely fluent - able to negotiate agreements using English as business language) Only candidates with experience of working as a Renewable Energy Project Engineer will be considered.
