BroadStar Wind Systems provides distributed wind generation systems for on-site deployment in urban, commercial and industrial areas. Since 2006, the Company has been designing and testing it's patented and transformational wind turbine which can be placed on rooftops or mounted on towers.
We have an executive position available as Sales Director - Dealers, which reports to the President.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Establish
the dealer network strategy, goals and objectives, for the company
including dealership pre-qualification, financial and sales commitments.
* Identify
potential dealers, sales and service capabilities, territory reach,
exclusivity, and financial strength.
* Create
dealer agreements, orders and deliveries process, billing and reporting
procedures.
* Develop
supportive and co-op advertising and promotion programs with the dealer
network.
* Provide
dealer product and installation training including company history, sales
and promotion materials, competitive analysis, consultation style sales
techniques focused on the value proposition, cross-selling, co-selling,
and up-selling opportunities, and administrative procedures.
* Assist
dealers with lead-generation approaches, as well as coordination with
corporate national sales accounts and resolving channel conflicts.
Requirements:
* Undergraduate
degree required.
* 10+
years experience as a sales/marketing manager.
* 5+
years experience in manufacturing dealer network management.
* 2+
years experience with managing a co-existing direct sales channel
alongside a dealer network.
* Knowledge
of manufactured equipment, negotiations, channel management, promotions,
sales planning and budgeting.
