What is the job description for a Construction Test and Balance Technician?

Job Description Possess a minimum of two years field experience in Test & Balance (Air & Water) of various systems and complexity. Be able to balance constant and variable (air & water) systems. This will include familiarity and ability to work with standard industry control systems and use computer software programs for DDC interface. This is a field level technician position - requirements are good physical fitness and ability to access equipment on roofs, attics, crawlspaces, limited space area, and working from heights which may require a man lift for high areas or climbing tall ladders. Writing and communication skills and the ability to work well with other trades and industry professionals is a must.
