What to do when given the cold shoulder after an interview?

Too often construction employers are not decided on a candidate and consequently they do not get back with the candidate with feedback until they are ready. No news is not bad news, although it often means the construction employer is still looking at alternative candidates and options for filling the open construction position. Construction employers need to deal with all options before they typically take hires to the next level. Although it is appropriate for them to keep construction candidates informed throughout the process, typically they do not until they are ready and this may take a long time. The best solution for construction candidates is to send a Thank You letter to the construction employer after each meeting, and request further instruction.
