What to do if you run into a co-worker or your construction employer during an interview?

I recently construction interviewed with a construction employer and as I was pulling out of the parking lot I saw a construction manager from another dept in my construction employer. I am not sure why she was there but when I see her in the office, there is a bit of tension and a very uncomfortable feeling. Perhaps this construction executive was construction interviewing as well as she feels just as uncomfortable as you do! And then again, perhaps she didn’t see you at all. The best thing to do is to roll with the punches. Maybe you can also make an attempt to meet with this construction executive to see if there are any differences that need to be worked out. Otherwise, I would keep doing my job to the best of my ability and the situation will resolve itself in due time.
