As the holiday season is passing, can you give me some advise on avoiding holiday construction executive burnout?

Retention is a big issue in the world of construction employers. Here are some of the main reason for employee burn out.

Loss of individual autonomy, overscheduling, predictable income
Loss of trust and respect of your professional role
Pressure to take on more risks as your business system demands compliance and to decrease costs but increase quality
Decreased construction employer or peer socialization and collegiality
Lack of positive and timely feedback from management or the owners of the construction employer
