Energy Operators, LP is provides Construction Management for Oil and Gas projects and we are currently hiring 10 Construction Managers for US Domestic Oil and Gas projects. We have contracts for the management for over $2.5 billion in CAPEX and we need to expand our team. The candidates must have experience in the oil and gas industry and broad knowledge of the construction tasks required to build pipelines, metering stations, compressor stations and pump stations. Individual projects range from $250,000 to $250MM. This is not a project position, we are looking for people to work on rotation and manage multiple projects over the next ten years. This is a 100% rotational field position. Current Construction Managers are working 250 days per year, typical schedules rarely have people away from home for more than 3-4 weeks at a time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work in a wide variety of locations across the US (onshore and offshore) and then have a couple of weeks off to spend time with their families. The ideal candidate will be a degreed engineer with 15 - 30 years of total experience who has worked in an engineering company, for an operating company, and out in the field managing construction.

Responsibilities include:
-Leading the HSE effort
-Constructability reviews
-Managing engineering & design contractors
-Managing and scheduling contractors
-Updating and tracking costs in Excel spreadsheets
-Forecasting completion dates
-Providing daily and weekly progress reports to management

Position Requirements:
-4-year college degree in Engineering or Construction Management
-Construction Management/Field Engineering experience in the Oil and Gas industry
-Candidate must be willing to travel extensively throughout the US and offshore GOM and CA
-Must be in good health and able to walk up and down many flights of stairs, hold hands above the head and swing over to offshore platforms, and be able to pass HUET training.
