Global Energy Concepts (GEC) is pleased to announce that we are joining forces with Det Norske Veritas (DNV) to create a dominant new player in the international wind energy market.

The new company, DNV Global Energy Concepts (DNV-GEC), will become a part of the Cleaner Energy group of DNV. It will continue to operate from our offices in Seattle, Washington, and Lowell, Massachusetts, and will collaborate closely with DNV�s existing wind energy team in Copenhagen, London, and Oslo.

GEC is a global leader in the wind energy industry and its employees have been providing technical services to the industry for more than 20 years. In the last three years, GEC conducted direct work on wind projects representing more than half of the new installed capacity of wind energy in the U.S. Our role in these projects varies from initial site selection and wind resource assessment to power performance testing and financial due diligence for investors.
