American Bio Energy (ABE) is a corporation located in central Ohio that will produce an alternative fuels, in particular, biodiesel. In simple terms, ABE will make biodiesel from multiple sources such as soybean oil, canola oil, palm kernel oil, recycled fryer oil and other sources. ABE will blend biodiesel with petroleum-based diesel fuel, and sell to distributors and consumers alike. When complete, ABE's facility will be one of the first of its kind in the American Mid-West, and one of the largest in North America. Essentially, ABE will build a continuous process, multi-feedstock, biodiesel production, blending and distribution facility. ABE produced Biodiesel will be good for the environment. It will keep American farmers busy growing and selling crops. It will lessen America's dependence on foreign sources of oil. And the best part - it will be cheaper than the petroleum-based diesel fuel currently available because of a large-scale production facility. In addition, ABE will continue to develop the biodiesel product lines and explore new technologies to improve biodiesel production. ABE will also endeavor to bring other alternative energy sources, such as more efficient ethanol fuel and hydrogen-based fuel to market.
