He has been involved in all phases of the oil and gas business and project development, mergers and acquisitions, financing and equity capital raising for both listed and private companies in Australia and internationally. Mr. Lingo is the current Managing Director of Drillsearch Energy Limited.Malcolm Lennox is a geologist with more than 40 years experience in mining and oil and gas exploration. He is a consulting geologist and project manager for companies working in Africa, Southeast Asia and Australasia. In addition to his technical experience, Mr. Lennox has also been involved in investor relations, initial public offerings and joint venture financings.Ian Bucknell is an experienced Certified Practicing Accountant with over 10 years of international upstream oil and gas accounting experience. He has held a number of finance management positions with Oil Search Limited, Great Artesian and Drillsearch Energy Limited. Mr. Bucknell presently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for Drillsearch.
