Cooper Energy Ltd. is an upstream oil and gas exploration and production company engaged in securing, finding, developing, producing, and selling hydrocarbons. As of June 30, 2008, the Company had 1.44 million barrels (P50) of proved recoverable oil. As of June 30, 2008, the Company was participating in production from seven oil fields in the Cooper Basin in South Australia, which includes Worrior, Callawonga, Christies, Sellicks, Parsons, Silver Sands and Cleansweep.
