Culane Energy Corp. (Culane) is engaged in the exploration, development and production of petroleum and natural gas reserves in Western Canada. Killam is Culane?s main producing area and the focus of most of its exploration and development plans. The area consists of two adjoining areas Culane refers to as Killam North and Killam South, as well as lands Culane acquired during the year ended December 31, 2007. Killam comprises over 96% of Culane?s production and reserve base. Culane?s interest at Killam is 100% in all but four producing wells.(Source: ARS)
