EcoMax Energy Services Ltd. provides valve and blowout prevention (BOP) products and services (including instrumentation services) primarily to the oil and gas production, service, drilling and well service industries in Western Canada. The Company has also developed, and is marketing, its EcoMax Pump, an emission-free chemical pump, primarily for the natural gas production industry. The Company?s valve and BOP sales and service business operates from four facilities. Central Valve Service (CVS) and Mountain Measurement (Mountain) operate from a Company-owned facility near Sylvan Lake, Alberta, Key B.O.P. Service (Key) operates from leased facilities in Leduc, Alberta and Central Valve Calgary (CVC) operates from a leased facility in Calgary, Alberta.
