Fort Chicago Energy Partners L.P. owns and operates energy infrastructure assets across North America in three business segments: Pipeline Business, the natural gas liquid (NGL) Business and the Power Business. The Pipeline Business involves the ownership and operation of the Alliance Canada Pipeline and the Alliance U.S. Pipeline, and the Alberta Ethane Gathering System. The NGL Business, which Fort Chicago jointly controls through its ownership interests in Aux Sable U.S., Alliance Canada Marketing, Aux Sable Canada and Sable Canada comprises the Extraction Facility, a NGL extraction and fractionation facility; the Downstream Facilities and NGL storage and distribution facilities; the Injection Facilities; the Firm Transportation Contracts, and the Heartland offgas facility. The Power Business comprises a 100% ownership in Fort Chicago Power, a 50% ownership interest in NRGreen, a 50% ownership interest in the East Windsor Cogeneration Centre and a 20% ownership interest in Pristine.(Source: ARS)
